Jed Miller, Director

This enriching full-day program for children is designed to encourage individual development in the creative arts. Instruction in art, music, movement, crafts, and pottery will be offered in a structured, friendly environment, supervised by a mature and experienced staff. Each child will have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities and to complete several projects each session, culminating in an art exhibition and showcase performance for parents and friends on the last day of each session. Students will use the facilities at the Brookline High School Unified Arts Building, and will also enjoy outdoor activities on the playing field.

Jed Miller, an elementary school special education teacher, has an undergraduate degree in theater arts and elementary education and a master's in education. Jed has worked at many summer programs in the area as both a lead counselor and a program/camp director and has extensive organizational and curriculum development experience. He is looking forward to directing the Creative Arts Program for a third year.
