Registration Fee

A $6 registration fee is charged once per person per semester. This fee helps fund scholarships so that all can participate. The fee does not apply to courses of $15 or less.

Course Admission

BA&CE courses are open to participants 16 years of age and over. You are officially enrolled and your name is placed upon the class roster as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. Please note: we do not call or send written confirmations. You are automatically signed up for the class of your choice. You'll be notified only in the event your class is full or has been changed.

Register Early/Waitlist

Classes with low enrollments will be canceled 24 hours before the start of class. Please register early to secure your space in class and to help insure that your class runs. If the class you want is filled, you will be contacted and placed on a waitlist. Please note: you are not officially enrolled in a class if you are on a waitlist.

Auditing

Brookline Adult & Community Education does not allow auditing of classes. Once you are officially registered, your name is placed on a class roster.

Program Changes

The program reserves the right to cancel classes that are under enrolled, to change start dates, time, and locations when necessary, and to substitute instructors. We will contact you with all cancellations and changes to course dates, times, and locations.

Room Assignments

Classroom numbers will be posted on the first day/evening of your class. Look for Brookline Adult & Community Education signs and room charts located in the entrance of each building. Please check all room numbers before your second class as we occasionally need to make changes to rooms.
