Optional section:

Certain volunteer tasks include access to confidential materials and require a CORI background check. CORI stands for Criminal Offender Record Information. It is a record of your Massachusetts criminal history, including any time you were arraigned in court on a criminal charge, no matter what the final outcome of the charge was.

 I would be willing to undergo a CORI background check.

Terms of Volunteering

I understand that if I do not complete my volunteer duties and expectations I am not entitled to the volunteer benefits. This is a volunteer position and I understand that any benefits I receive for volunteering cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary value. My volunteer hours can be terminated at any point by BACE. I may have to lift objects weighing as much as 30 pounds. I will attend orientation and training. As a volunteer I will be dependable, reliable, and professional while representing Brookline Adult Education.
