Step aerobics is a fast and fun way to lose weight, provides a high fat and calorie-burning workout, and offers an intense all over body workout. The ability to alter the height of the step allows you to regulate the intensity of your fitness level, and helps you get a safe and effective workout at your own fitness level. Beginners will be taught the basic step patterns, while veteran steppers will learn higher-level step modifications, allowing you to design your own workouts. A cool-down and stretch segment will conclude our sessions. For an extended workout, sign up for Stretch, Tone, and Strengthen (immediately following). Please wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear, and bring a mat or towel, and exercise bands or a set (2) of three to five pound hand weights to class.

Please note: Some courses may have an additional materials fee payable to the instructor that is not included in the total fee. Please contact the school for details.

Please be sure to read our Refund, Transfer, and Withdrawal policy before registering for a class.

A $6 registration fee is charged once per person per semester. This fee helps fund scholarships so that all can participate. The fee does not apply to courses of $15 or less.
