This course teaches the analytical and logical reasoning skills that are tested in the LSAT. It includes practice in diagramming analytical puzzles and structured thinking-aloud training for logical reasoning. Exercises in active reading for information will help you prepare for the reading comprehension section. On the LSAT you will also be asked to write a brief persuasive essay. Using step-by-step exercises, you will learn to quickly focus your arguments and accomplish what the test-makers seek in the writing sample. The required textbook is available at the Brookline Booksmith. Approximate cost, $50. Please note: Some courses may have an additional materials fee payable to the instructor that is not included in the total fee. Please contact the school for details.
