How can you improve your chances of being admitted to the college or university of your choice? By writing a stellar personal essay as part of your college application. Your essay is crucial in creating an impression and putting your best foot forward. How you write your personal essay shows the admissions committee why you are different from everyone else. In this course, you'll learn how to write your application essay in a way that captures the reader's attention and shows that you are exceptional. We'll cover brainstorming ideas and choosing a topic, and practice writing effective and powerful essays that you'll be proud to send off to schools.
