How many times have you made scrambled eggs for dinner because you were too tired or busy to fix anything else? Eggs not only make a valuable contribution to a healthy, balanced diet, but are satisfying yet simple enough to serve as last-minute suppers. Learn new recipes, and cooking basics such as how to make the perfect hard and/or soft boiled egg, poached and scrambled eggs, and techniques for making omelets, dressings, and sauces. We'll prepare a variety of egg creations including Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Gruyere and Mushroom SoufflŽs, Mushroom and Asparagus SoufflŽs, Greek Omelets with Feta, Basil and Tomatoes, Three Cheese Crpes tied with Green Onions, and more. A $30 food fee is included in the course fee.

Please note: Some courses may have an additional materials fee payable to the instructor that is not included in the total fee. Please contact the school for details.

Please be sure to read our Refund, Transfer, and Withdrawal policy before registering for a class.

A $6 registration fee is charged once per person per semester. This fee helps fund scholarships so that all can participate. The fee does not apply to courses of $15 or less.
