Don't panic if you don't know your grandparents or great-grandparents, or names of your ancestors. It's not necessary to have chronological memories of your family's history to write your memoirs. You can begin to write your memoirs at any stage in your lifeŅa specific era, your college experience, or birth of your child. Write your stories of any significant period of your life, then put them together into a cohesive format. We will explore the unique ways to write your memoirs, which don't involve searching the archives. Readings from unique memoirs will be provided each week, along with prompts to get you writing.

Please note: Some courses may have an additional materials fee payable to the instructor that is not included in the total fee. Please contact the school for details.

Please be sure to read our Refund, Transfer, and Withdrawal policy before registering for a class.

A $6 registration fee is charged once per person per semester. This fee helps fund scholarships so that all can participate. The fee does not apply to courses of $15 or less.
